Questions we are asked most
Six to eight weeks for most pieces, ten to twelve for large fitted work. You will receive photographs of your piece on the bench before it is wrapped.
Yes. Local delivery and placement is complimentary within 150 miles of Pomona, which covers most of California. Nationwide we ship blanket-wrapped by specialist furniture carrier, quoted by crate size.
Almost always. Width, depth, height and finish can all be changed, and we will price the adjusted version for you within three working days.
A 30% deposit reserves your slot on the bench; the balance is due on delivery. We do not take payment until you have approved the drawings and timber samples.
Often, yes — particularly antique and solid-timber pieces. Send photographs and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth restoring.
